    Using Pride of Cows Milk & Ghee 2

    Gulab Jamun Burfi Parfait Jars

    Serves 6


    • 1tbsp pride of cows ghee
    • ½ cup +2tbsp milk powder
    • 3tbsp Sugar
    • ¼ cup pride of cows milk
    • Crushed peanuts
    • 6-7 mini Gulab jamuns  
    • Chopped Pistachios and peanut chikki 
    • Top with mini 2-3 mini gulab jamuns


    Prepare the Gulab Jamun Barfi Mixture:
    In a pan, melt the Pride of Cows ghee over low heat.
    Add ½ cup of milk powder to the melted ghee and stir well. Cook for a couple of minutes until the milk powder is slightly roasted and fragrant.


    Add Sweetness:

    Add the sugar into the pan and mix it with the milk powder and ghee mixture.

    Pour in the Milk:
    Gradually add ¼ cup of Pride of Cows milk to the mixture. Stir well to combine and form a smooth and thick mixture.

    Cook the Mixture:
    Continue to cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or burning. The mixture will start to thicken and leave the sides of the pan.

    Assemble the Parfait Jar:
    In a parfait jar or a glass, start by adding a layer of the crushed peanuts at the bottom.

    Add Texture and Flavors:
    Now add mixure of gulab jamun burfi over crushed peanuts.
    Add a layer of mini Gulab jamun pieces for a burst of sweetness and flavor.

    Repeat Layers:
    Continue layering by adding another layer of the Gulab Jamun Barfi mixture.
    Add chopped pistachios and peanut chikki for additional flavors and textures.
    Top the Parfait jar with 2-3 mini Gulab Jamuns to create appealing visual
